Intelligent Dual Flowmeter Control, Saving Over 50% Nitrogen Consumption
The YSN series anti-oxidation nitrogen cabinets adopt the new generation of microcomputer sensor control system to achieve fully automatic nitrogen filling. Users can flexibly adjust the gas flow and pressure according to their needs to ensure a continuous and stable nitrogen concentration, achieving efficient moisture-proof and anti-oxidation protection.
Intelligent dual flowmeter system, significantly saving gas: The unique "dual flowmeter" intelligent control system can automatically adjust the nitrogen supply according to the actual working conditions. After the humidity reaches the set value, the main unit automatically enters a semi-sleep state. Compared with conventional equipment, it can save more than 50% of nitrogen consumption, achieving efficient protection while significantly reducing operating costs.
Integrated module, stable performance and easy maintenance: The core control part adopts an integrated module design, integrating the control system into an independent control box. This not only enhances the overall stability of the machine but also facilitates later maintenance and upgrades. The core components of the control box are all imported brands, ensuring control accuracy and long-term operational reliability.
All-weather protection, suitable for frequent operations: The control system supports 24-hour uninterrupted operation throughout the year. When equipped with a composite type humidity control and nitrogen-saving main unit, it also has the function of continuous dehumidification protection in case of power failure. It is particularly suitable for scenarios with high requirements for moisture-sensitive component storage, rapid dehumidification, or frequent door opening and closing.
Humanized design, safe and easy to use: The whole machine design adheres to the humanized concept, with simple installation, intuitive operation, and support for unattended automatic operation. The cabinet is equipped with a high-brightness display screen, which can display temperature and humidity data in real time, making it convenient to view and set at any time. The entire machine adopts a safe voltage design to ensure operational safety.
Professional anti-static model, in line with industry standards: The anti-static model cabinet coating has a conductivity coefficient of 10⁶-10⁹Ω, meeting the national and industry ESD standards such as SJ/T10694-2006 "General Specifications for Anti-static in the Production and Application System of Electronic Products".
