The YSHG series electric heating constant-temperature blower oven from YanSyn integrates precise temperature control and efficient, uniform heating. It adopts an intelligent PID control system to ensure precise and stable temperature. It is equipped with an efficient and uniform airflow forced ventilation system, achieving excellent temperature uniformity and significant energy-saving effects.
The equipment features dual temperature control protection functions to ensure safe operation in an unmanned environment. The entire machine has low noise, smooth operation, automatic temperature control, and convenient installation and maintenance. The mirror-finish stainless steel inner liner and sturdy, durable structure ensure long-term reliable use and make it an ideal heat treatment equipment for laboratories and industrial sectors.

External material: Made of #Q235 high-quality high-strength steel plate, powder-coated and baked.
Internal material: 1.2mm thick SUS304 high-quality stainless steel material.
Bottom structure: Double-layer structure: fixed feet, or swivel wheels with fixed support feet.
Insulation structure: High-density imported glass fiber insulation cotton, with good heat insulation and preservation effect.
Door structure:
1. Quantity: Single door, convenient for goods entry and exit. High-temperature silicone strip sealing.
2. Thickness: 100mm silicium-alumina cotton, with local reinforcement of installation hinges and handles.

Circulatory System:
The circulation adopts high-pressure level air circulation, with good uniformity, and the temperature deviation of the empty box does not exceed ±2℃.

2. Heating-up time: From room temperature to 100℃, it takes approximately 20 minutes.
