7. What is the difference between consumer-grade and industrial-grade products?

YanSyn's products are all industrial-grade. Industrial-grade products offer higher precision, better stability, and a longer service life (starting from ten years).

8. What is the difference between the white and black colors of the dry cabinets/nitrogen cabinets?

The two colors differ only in appearance; you can choose as per your preference. Both have anti-static functionality, with a surface resistance of 10^6~10^9 Ω.

9. What is the working principle of the dry cabinet's dehumidification module?

Moisture absorption is primarily accomplished by the internal polymer material, also known as a molecular sieve, which functions like common desiccant. When the molecular sieve becomes saturated with moisture, it needs to be heated to expel the internal moisture - this is the regeneration function. After moisture is expelled, the molecular sieve absorbs moisture again from the inside cabinet, cycling continuously to ensure the internal humidity reaches the set value. The molecular sieves we use are imported from Germany, offering a long service life (at least 10 years) and high moisture absorption efficiency. Both absorption and expulsion are based on gaseous water, so no water droplets or leakage occur.

10. Is the cabinet sealed relatively or absolutely? Do nitrogen cabinets have positive/negative pressure? Do they leak air?

The door seals of the dry cabinets and nitrogen cabinets adopt magnetic strips similar to those in refrigerators, ensuring relative sealing. After nitrogen is charged, the cabinet maintains a slight positive pressure, which helps expel air, isolate oxygen, and effectively protect stored items.

11. How long does it take for the humidity to drop after opening the dry cabinet door?

This depends on the cabinet volume, ambient humidity, set humidity level, frequency of door openings, etc. Theoretically, larger cabinets, higher ambient humidity, lower set humidity levels, and more frequent door openings will result in a slower humidity drop. For specific data on a particular product under different humidity settings, please contact our sales engineer.

12. What is the nitrogen consumption rate of the nitrogen cabinet?

It depends on the cabinet volume, ambient humidity, set humidity level, frequency of door openings, etc. Theoretically, larger cabinets, higher ambient humidity, lower set humidity levels, and more frequent door openings will result in higher nitrogen consumption. Our company uses a dual-flow energy-saving control system. Under the same conditions, compared to other brands, it can save at least 50% on nitrogen consumption; this is our patented product. 13. What are the requirements for the gas charged into the nitrogen cabinet from a self-made nitrogen generator?

The input gas must be oil-free and water-free compressed air, with a pressure controlled above 0.8MPa (if the pressure is below 0.8MPa, the nitrogen purity will decrease).

14. What is the pressure of the nitrogen charged into the nitrogen cabinet?

Depending on the cabinet size, the nitrogen inlet pressure is controlled at around 0.3MPa.

15. What is the diameter of the hose connecting to the nitrogen cabinet, and what is the connector type?

The hose inner diameter is 6mm, and the connector is quick-connect type.

16. How does the nitrogen cabinet expel the air from inside the cabinet?

Our nitrogen cabinets adopt a refrigerator-style magnetic seal design. When the internal nitrogen concentration reaches the set value, a slight positive pressure environment is formed inside, automatically expelling the internal air, thus achieving anti-oxidation and anti-moisture effects.

17. Which is the shipment port?

YanSyn Intelligence is located in Shanghai City, with the manufacturing base in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The default shipping port for sea freight is Shanghai Port. If you have special requirements for a different port, please inform us.

18. What is the production cycle?

For standard products: 3-7 days from the date of order placement, also depending on quantity.
